He has held senior positions at RS Components, one of the world’s largest electronic and electrical distributors; IMI Norgren, a leader in high-spec fluid control solutions; and Zilliant, an Austin-based SaaS company specialising in AI-driven price optimisation for B2B sales.

 

During his consultancy work, Paul has worked across distribution, technology, SaaS, manufacturing, and the charitable sector, helping organisations tackle challenges in sales strategy, business development, and sales growth. He knows that a clear sales process and a strong strategy can be the difference between hitting targets and falling behind.
